At Tasha Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your wholesale order, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Wait for Approval

  Our support team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure items meet our quality standards and return eligibility criteria.

  Package and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and ship them to our Los Angeles warehouse using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
